By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from the Nookeu website, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies posted on the site. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase products or engage our services. By using our website, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

3. Products & Services
• Home Décor Products: Our products include handcrafted, India-made, and imported home accessories, furniture, and décor items.
• Fit-Out Services: Currently offered in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai only. These services are customized, project-based, and governed by separate agreements.
• Product descriptions and images on the website are provided for representation purposes. Actual finishes and sizes may vary slightly.

4. Pricing & Payments
• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to update prices without prior notice.
• Payments must be completed using the available online methods (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, etc.).

5. Orders & Delivery
• Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
• Home décor accessories are shipped PAN India. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location.
• Fit-out projects are delivered only in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai and require a separate contract agreement.
• Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout.

6. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Returns
• Accessories Item: - We offer RISK FREE replacement policy. If your purchase does not match the description or is the item is defective under the manufacturing warranty, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will make sure your issue is resolved at earliest.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If you are approved, we will deliver new product or offer a refund on your purchase payment. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
If the product was shipped correctly and the return is due to personal preference (not damage or defect), we will review the request with nookeu management. Returns are only considered for small decor items like vases and lamps and are subject to approval. If accepted, return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
• Fit-Out Services: Cancellations and refunds are governed by project-specific contracts.
Refunds.
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, original method of payment or store credit.

7. Intellectual Property
All website content including logos, images, text, product designs, and graphics are the property of Nookeu. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

8. User Responsibilities

Nookeu is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of use of the website, product purchases, or service engagements.
